GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online store www.highlevel.world between:

(hereafter referred to as "High Level Fitness LLC")

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Acceptance of the GTC

By booking (e.g., by clicking “Book Now” or “Buy Now”), the customer accepts these GTC.

 

3. Subject of the Agreement

High Level provides coaching services (individual and group coaching), online courses, digital programs, and related content in the areas of fitness, health, mindset, business, and social media.

 

4. Conclusion of Contract

1. The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

2. By completing the booking, the customer submits a binding offer.

3. The contract is concluded once High Level confirms the booking via email.

 

5. Services by High Level

1. Coaching sessions and programs are generally conducted online (e.g., via Zoom, Memberspot, or similar platforms).

2. It is expressly stated that no guarantee of success is given. Results depend largely on the active participation and implementation by the customer.

 

6. Withdrawal / Right of Cancellation

1. For digital content and coaching services (e.g., online coaching, online courses, downloads), there is no right of withdrawal once the customer has gained access to the content or the service has begun.

2. By booking, the customer expressly agrees that High Level Fitness LLC may commence performance of the contract immediately and acknowledges that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Refunds of fees already paid are excluded.

 

7. Prices & Payment Terms

1. All prices are final prices and include applicable sales tax (where required by law).

2. Payment is made via the payment methods specified on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Stripe).

3. Installment payments are only valid if expressly agreed upon.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

1. High Level is not liable for the lack of success of the coaching.

2. Liability for damages exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

3. The customer remains responsible for their own physical and mental health. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

 

9. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with High Level’s privacy policy, available at www.high-level.at/pages/datenschutz.

 

10. Changes to the GTC

High Level reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or through the website.

11. Governing Law & Language

1. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

2. The contract languages are German and English.
